With its core mandate of promoting best HR and supporting productivity, FUE initiated the EYA survey in 2001.The aim of initiating the EYA Survey was to help identify, rank and recognize best Human Resource & business practices and facilitate a platform for benchmarking amongst companies & organizations of HR trends, practices, systems, tools and resources in Uganda, and to therefore continuously strengthen the HR profession in Uganda.
The EYA objectives include;
1. To promote professional Business policies and practices amongst all employers in Uganda.
2. To promote professional (modern best practice) Business and HR practices among all Employers including Small & Medium enterprises
3. To develop and disseminate a set of guidelines by which Small & Medium sized Employers can work to improve their HR policies and practices.Read more
