Are you a young Ugandan entrepreneur with a game-changing business idea?
The Tech@Work Entrepreneurship Challenge is here to help you turn your vision into reality!  This competition, part of the Tech@Work Project, will reward the top three innovative business ideas with substantial financial support to bring your dreams to life! 

Challenge Objectives:

• Encourage young entrepreneurs to create solutions for Uganda’s challenges.
• Provide financial support to implement winning ideas.
•  Focus on digital and social entrepreneurship for economic and social impact.
• Offer mentorship with seasoned entrepreneurs from the Federation of Uganda
  Employers (FUE).

What’s in it for you?

• 1st Prize: $4,000
• 2nd Prize: $3,000
• 3rd Prize: $2,000

Plus, all finalists will receive mentorship from experienced business leaders!

Who Can Apply?

• Ugandan citizens or residents aged 18-35.
• Enrolled in the Tech@Work program.
• Have an innovative business idea or a business under 2 years old in digital, social
  entrepreneurship, or any income-generating sector.
• Motivated to make a difference in Uganda’s social and economic landscape

Key Dates:

• Applications Open: December 1, 2024
• Application Deadline: December 31, 2024
• Final Event: January 23, 2025, in Kampala
