We are excited to partner with Enabel, International Labour Organisation, Makerere University and the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) to roll-out the Employer of the Year Awards (EYA) Survey 2025 themed, ‘Future-Ready Workforce: Skills, Technology and Trust’.
The survey theme highlights the necessity of balancing technical proficiency with human values evaluating organisations across three dimensions:
Skills: Focus on up-skilling and re-skilling to bridge gaps created by modern automation. It prioritises lifelong learning and “soft” skills such as emotional intelligence and creativity.
Technology: Evaluating the definite integration of digital platforms, robotics, and smart systems to augment human work rather than simply replacing it.
Trust: Measuring transparency in how technology is used, employee autonomy, and the strength of the employer-employee relationship amidst rapid change.
