
The Human Resource Training and Consultancy (HRTC) department is dedicated to offering premier training and consultancy services designed to benefit, empower, and transform Employers. Over the years, we have supported organisations gain an in-depth understanding of critical business topics, streamline policies and procedures, and adopt innovative concepts tailored to their unique operational needs.

Our departmental framework is guided by the overarching mission and vision of the Federation of Uganda Employers (FUE):
· Business Continuity and Growth: Offering robust business continuity solutions and consultancy services to both members and non-members to expand our network.
· Capacity Building: Delivering specialised leadership and management development programs such as FFP, ETER, and EOSH to equip professionals with essential workplace skills to thrive in the evolving labour market.
· Recognising Excellence: Facilitating the annual Employer of the Year Awards (EYA) survey and dinner to celebrate best practices in HR, workplace productivity, employer relations, and decent work at national level.
· Operational Excellence: Providing strategic, operational, and responsive HR and business support to all stakeholders to boost organisational efficiency.
