The Federation of Uganda Employers strategic plan for 2024 - 2026 sets out five core strategic objectives:
1) To enhance financial sustainability for organizational transformation
2) To drive membership retention and growth through provision of high-quality services
3) To strengthen lobbying and advocacy for a conducive business environment for employers
4) To enhance the FUE brand using targeted value based approaches.
5) To promote responsible business conduct among employers in Uganda
6) To build the capacity of the organization to represent employers at all levels
The Federation of Uganda Employers (FUE)’s strategic ambitions for the medium-term period 2024-2026 include the following:
1. 30% growth in revenue
2. Double platinum members
3. 3 critical legislative reforms
4. Increase brand awareness to at least 60% of the labour market
5. All FUE members have embraced ESG practices
6. Top notch Employment Relations and Legal Services, salary surveys and consultancy services are offered to employers.
