On 15th July 2026, we partnered with the Female Future Alumnae Association of Uganda (FFAU) for an exclusive breakfast meeting themed, ‘Executive Coaching: A Tool for Personal and Team Growth’. FFAU is a network of women leaders that completed the Leadership Development Female Future Program. The keynote speaker was Joan Mugenzi, the Lead Coach, Imagine Me Africa.
In her presentation, Joan Mugenzi shared key tenets on the benefits of executive coaching for leaders and the entire workforce. She emphasised coaching as a tool for leadership development, improved workforce productivity, effective succession planning and employee retention. Ms. Mugenzi additionally enlightened women to seek out coaches for all areas of life including finances, relationships and health among others.
Therefore, as women navigate the intricacies of leadership in various spaces, executive coaching is vital for professional development and career advancement. Special appreciation to the Employers that sponsored their women leadership teams including National Water and Sewerage Corporation, Bank of Uganda, Electoral Commission, KCB among others.
We remain committed to promoting gender equality at the workplace through customised programs for women leaders such as the Leadership Development Female Future Program, Malkia Course and the Annual Women Leadership Conference.
